Fees and Booking

If you are interested in booking an initial consultation please visit our booking page here. Remember, all sessions are by appointment only. Session fees are payable by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express (Stripe is used to process credit card payments), or Interac E-Transfer.

Fees

A sliding scale is available to a limited number of clients whose lower income may be a barrier to accessing therapy. You may ask about this in our initial consultation.

Session fees are as follows:

Individual Therapy: $160 (per 50-minute session)

Couple/Family Therapy: $220 (per 80-minute session)

Insurance

Heartspring Therapy provides direct billing for select insurance providers, and facilitates ease of payment of session fees, as well as reduce out of pocket expenses.

If you would like to use direct billing - even if your insurance provider isn't listed above - speak with your therapist, or email contact@heartspringtherapy.ca for more information. 

It is important that you ensure that you check with your insurance provider to verify coverage prior to starting therapy.
