Kindly note: There is a short waiting list in place at this time. I would be happy to discuss with you your needs for therapy in a brief consultation, and if we agree to proceed, you would be placed on this waiting list for the next available spot. You may book your consultation here. Sessions are offered by video only at this time.

In-Person Sessions

​If you are interested in a face-to-face session, feel free to schedule a session with me through my online booking page. Sessions take place at my office location at 895 Don Mills Road, Building 2, Suite 900, and are by appointment only.

Online (video and audio) therapy

My services are provided via video and audio using Doxy.me. Doxy.me is a telemedicine platform that facilitates the hosting of video, audio and messaging counselling appointments. All data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored.

Initial Consultation

Sometimes it helps to speak with someone to find out if a service is suitable for you. You can book a video chat, phone call, or instant messaging conversation to discuss your needs and find out more information.

Individual Session

This is an opportunity to speak with your therapist one-to-one exploring your needs and circumstances through a thorough assessment, and meeting your goals through a collaborative treatment plan. (For individuals 18 years or older.)

Couple Session

Couple sessions focus on your and your partner's needs . Sessions are offered jointly, with exceptions of individual sessions to facilitate assessment and treatment progress.

Single Session Therapy

If you are facing a specific, singular problem for which you need support in identifying targeted solutions, single session therapy may be for you. As the name suggests, this one-session therapy is a solution-focused, strengths-based therapy, and is designed to focus on utilizing your existing resources and strengths to explore and adopt solutions to help you feel "unstuck". If you feel you will need follow-up sessions, you can discuss this with your therapist and make a transition to regular therapy sessions.
