Celebrate something new!

Heartspring Therapy is happy to launch its own blog! A few days ago (on January 30th, 2019) Canada and the world paused to recognize #BellLetsTalk day - when we took the time to reflect and talk about mental health and its impact. The consensus is clear: talking about mental health helps to reduce its stigma, and fosters empathy and understanding.


This is why I am launching this blog - to provide a space to reflect on the importance of our mental health and wellness, and to share and discuss research and resources that enhances our understanding and experience of wellness.


I am excited to embark on this journey with you! Here's to celebrating something new!
